If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Movo account and select 'Request Return' next to your order history.

  Prepare Package

  Place the device in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
